50 cards were printed in the Clifford Series in 1950.
Tottenham players Ron Burgess (No. 24), Ted Ditchburn (No. 30) and Len Duquemin (No. 34) were included in the set.
The cards were 39mm x 71mm in size.

The card were issued in a booklet of a random selection of nine cards with a sealed wrapper that was stapled on the
left side thus the pin holes on each card.

F. Levy & Co. was a printing company with premises in Finsbury Square, London EC1 and Winchmore Hill.
Their principal focus was on producing games and toys until the owner’s son came into the business and
decided that the cards would be a good line for the company to produce.
