Dimitar Berbatov After two seasons at Spurs after signing for £10.9 million, the Bulgarian striker left on the last day of the summer transfer window in 2008 for a fee of £30.4 million.

William Berry Only made 17 Southern League appearances for Spurs between 1904-1906, but affectionately became known as “Burglar” Bill Berry amongst the fans.  Joined Man U and scored once in 14 league games for them before leaving in 1908.

Alan Brazil Signed by Spurs for £450,000 from Ipswich Town in March 1983, Brazil failed to show the ability he had with the Suffolk side.  He stayed for a year and left for Man U in June 1984 for a fee of £750,000.

Archie Cubberley Played in Tottenham’s first league, Amateur Cup and FA Cup games in his time at the club.  Served between 1892 and 1895 before his time at the club was curtailed by a serious knee injury on Christmas Day 1894.  Went on to play two games for United in the 1915-16 season.
