The Daily Press photography agency company produced series of photo postcards of football players and teams.
Based at 38 St. Ann’s Chambers, Broadway, London EC4, the agency was close to the heart of the print hub at Fleet Street and provided a photo resource for the newspapers of the day. Each photo postcard had a short biography stuck to the reverse and they were stamped with “File this photo – You’ll need it again.”
