Fanny Walden and Bert Middlemiss were included in a set of 50 cards from W. A. & A. C. Churchman. The cards were issued in 1912.
Goalkeeper George Clawley is pictured from a set of cigarette cards issued by William Clarke & Sons in 1902 featuring football and rugby players containing 66 cards in total. Along with Clawley, other Spurs players featured on cards in the series are Tom Smith (No. 10) and John Cameron (No. 13).
The cards are 37mm x 67mm in size.
