- INJURY NEWS : – Limping off on Saturday at Molineux, Dominic Solanke is being reported as having a torn hamstring that could side-line him for eight weeks, effectively missing all the remaining Tottenham matches this season.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Arthur Dias, a centre-back at Brazilian club Athletico Paranaense, but club don’t want him to leave until the end of the year and want around £21.5 million for the 19-year-old.
Feyenoord’s 27 year old Japanese forward Ayase Ueda has Spurs as an admirer, along with Leeds United, Everton and Brighton & Hove Albion.
With Fiorentina and former Spurs Director of Football Fabio Paratici linking himself an interest in buying a number of Spurs players, it is Tottenham’s turn as claims today reckon the club allegedly holds an interest in the Viola’s midfielder Nicolo Fagioli.

- INJURY NEWS : – The club confirmed that Xavi Simons suffered an ACL injury in the 1-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday and will need surgery, which rules him out of the final four Tottenham matches this season and also means he will miss the World Cup finals with the Netherlands.
Luka Vuskovic is to have a MRI scan non his knee injury picked up playing for SV Hamburg on loan.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Besiktas are seeking talks with Joao Palhinha about a transfer to Turkey when he returns to Bayern Munich.
Fiorentina are interested in signing Djed Spence during the summer transfer window.
Spurs are rumoured to be keen to snap up free transfer defender James Tavernier from Glasgow Rangers, although like the other free transfer deals set up, it depends on staying in the Premier League.

- TEAM NEWS : – Destiny Udogie has been ruled out of tomorrow’s match at Molineux against Wolverhampton Wanderers but James Maddison will be on the bench, although Roberto De Zerbi said he was not fit, although important for him to be involved as a positive influence. Spurs will also be missing Pape Matar Sarr, who has a shoulder injury, as well as the long-term injured players Ben Davies, Cristian Romero, Guglielmo Vicario, Wilson Odobert, Mohammed Kudus and Dejan Kulusevski.
- RUBBISH REFEREEING : – The panel that reviews refereeing decisions have ruled that referee Robert Jones should have sent Brian Brobbey off for the push on Cristian Romero that has ended the defender’s season and left Toni Kinsky with a cut to his head. The panel deemed it “a two-handed push which is an unnecessarily reckless action” that should have been a second yellow card. Jones has been responsible for five instances across the season where he should have issued second yellow cards, with Tottenham suffering two of them, the other being Rodri v Mancashter City at home. Spurs dropped points in both games.
- CHRIS HUGHTON : – Former Spurs defender and assistant manager Chris Hughton has revealed that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer last April, but is now in good health.
- UNDER-21s : – A 1-0 win over Leicester City at Stevenage FC gave Spurs Under-21s a slender win to take them to the next stage of the end-of-season play-offs. Tynan Thompson scored the only goal of the game for Tottenham to go through to play either Chelsea or Middlesbrough.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Spurs have apparently watched Swedish club AIK’s striker Zadok Yohanna with Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen also interested in the 18 year old Nigerian.
An offer has been made to Bayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka to join Tottenham, as he is expected to leave the Bundesliga champions in the summer. The 31 year old who earns £298,000 a week is also interesting Atletico Madrid and SSC Napoli.
Reports claim that Micky van de Ven is looking to leave Tottenham and has no intention of signing a new deal with the club.
Spurs are claimed to have made an approach for Atalanta left back Marco Palestri, who could cost 45 million Euros.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Spurs are reportedly watching Sporting Lisbon midfielder Maximiliano Araujo, one of 12 Premier League clubs sending scouts to watch him Champions League action tonight. The 26 year old Uruguayan international can play anywhere on the left side of the pitch.
