- TRANSFER IN : – Sheffield United Under-18s striker Will Lankshear has signed for Spurs in a deal that could be worth up to £2.5 million. The 17 year old’s three year contract contains a sell-on condition at the insistence of the Blades.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Departing Harry Winks‘ move to Sampdoria on loan contained a 25 million Euros option to buy next summer, it is reported.
Serie A side Cremonese are keen to sign Pape Matar Sarr on a season long loan, but much will depend on the head injury that Rodrigo Bentancur sustained on Sunday at Nottingham Forest as to whether Tottenham will let him leave.
Tottenham are among a number of clubs interested in signing Mancashter City’s 18 year old striker Adedire Mebude, who is stalling on signing a contract with the Etihad club.
Aston Villa are said to be looking to make a late move for Lucas Moura.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Today’s rumour concerning Sergio Reguilon is that his loan move to Atletico Madrid does not include an option to make the deal permanent.
Spurs are said to be in talks to sign Atletico Madrid winger Yannick Carrasco. The 28 year-old’s release clause is 60 million Euros.
Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore is keen to join Spurs and is willing to wait to be a free agent, as his asking price is too high at the moment.
Tottenham are reported to be in talks with Leeds United about the loan signing of winger Daniel James. There will be a £20 million option to buy at the end of the season.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Today’s rumour concerning Sergio Reguilon is that his loan move to SS Lazio has collapsed and that Atletico Madrid are close to securing his signing.
- UNDER-18s : – Tottenham’s Under-18s lost 1-4 to Woolwich Wanderers this afternoon at London Colney. Damola Ajayi scored the Spurs goal and Jahziah Linton was sent off for two yellow cards at the end of the first half.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Today’s rumour concerning Sergio Reguilon is that Fulham are closing in on a loan deal.
Harry Winks is reported to have agreed to a move to Sampdoria on loan with an option to buy.
Tottenham are said to be set to sign Sheffield United’s 17 year old striker Will Lankshear for £1 million plus another £1 million on meeting certain conditions just a year after he was released form the Woolwich Wanderers.
- UNDER-21s : – Tottenham’s Under-21s were 3-0 up against Liverpool tonight through a goal from Romaine Mundle and two from Yago Santiago, but the visitors came back in the Premier League 2 match at Stevenage to draw 3-3.
- TONY BERRY : – Former Spurs director Tony Berry died today aged 81.
- DISCIPLINE : – Chelsea manager little Tommy Tuchel said in today’s press conference that it is so unfair that Antonio Conte didn’t get a one-match ban too after the German was found to have acted to instigate the confrontation with the Spurs Head Coach.
- CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DRAW : – Tottenham have been drawn in Group D of this season’s Champions League, with their opponents being Sporting Lisbon, Marseille and Eintracht Frankfurt
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Today’s rumour concerning Sergio Reguilon is that Fulham and SS Lazio are talking to Spurs about a loan deal. Atletico Madrid are also keen on signing the 25 year old. The Italian media reckon that Tottenham rejected the opportunity to swap Reguilon for Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Today’s rumour concerning Sergio Reguilon is that Juventus are keen to buy the Spanish left back.
Tottenham’s interest in Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore is being played up in the media today, with the Daily Express speculating that the Molineux club might accept players as part of an exchange for the Spaniard, with Harry Winks, Bryan Gil, Japhet Tanganga and Sergio Reguilon mentioned as those the newspaper reckon might be involved.
The interest the club has in Atalanta’s Ukrainian midfielder Ruslan Malinovsky may be subsiding, with the Serie A club only interested in a permanent deal, while Spurs are only interested in a one year loan. The player is reported as having said that he would prefer a move to N17 over the other sides vying for his signing.
It is reported that Rennes striker Martin Terrier was the subject of a bid from Tottenham, but it was rejected and he will sign a new deal with the Ligue 1 side.
Harry Winks has asked Sampdoria for time to think over a move, as he hopes to stay in the Premier League, with Nottingham Forest the latest club to express an interest in signing the midfielder.
- DISCIPLINE : – The FA have revealed why Thomas Tuchel has received a one-match ban for his confrontation with Antonio Conte at the end of the match at Chelsea two weeks ago. The Chelsea manager was deemed to have made a highly provocative move in pulling Conte towards him and his argument that the Spurs Head Coach did not look him in the eye was dismissed as “imply not justifiable”. The FA deemed Conte did not over-react given Tuchel’s aggressive behaviour.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Today’s rumour concerning Sergio Reguilon is that OSC Nice are the latest club to be linked with the 25 year old.
Nottingham Forest’s Spurs target of the day is Japhet Tanganga, but the defender would prefer a move to AC Milan. A £13.5 million offer from the Midlands side has been rejected by Spurs. Aston Villa are another club eying the 23 year old’s situation.
Spurs are reported to be interested in making a late move for Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech.
Everton’s Anthony Gordon is reported to be the subject of a bid offer from Tottenham, with some preliminary talks already claimed to have taken place.
Tottenham’s interest in SS Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been rekindled, with the Serie A club believed to want Sergio Reguilon and that could pave the way for a part-exchange deal.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Nottingham Forest have expressed an interest in taking Sergio Reguilon on loan for the rest of the season, although SS Lazio are making noises about signing the Spanish left back and West Ham United London are linked with a move for him too.
Hull City are reported to be interested in loaning Spurs Development defender Marcel Lavinier, who is refusing to sign a new deal with Tottenham.
Japhet Tanganga is a wanted man, with Leeds United, Everton and Newcash United are the three English clubs joining AC Milan in chasing the Spurs defender.
A report that seems to be gathering pace is Tottenham’s apparent interest in making a £20 million offer for Leeds United winger Daniel James.
- EX-SPURS : – A free agent after leaving Villarreal at the end of last season, Serge Aurier is being linked with a move to Nottingham Forest.
Former Development squad defender Jeremy Kyezu has been on trial with Birmingham City, but was sent off 35 minutes into his debut against Millwall Under-21s.
- UNDER-21s : – Despite having a man sent off just before half-time, Manchester City held on to a 0-0 home draw against Spurs Under-21s in the Premier League 2 this afternoon.
- TRANSFER RUMOUR : – Reports claim that Spurs were among 20 clubs who sent a representative to watch the FC Porto v Sporting Lisbon match last night.
- FIRST TEAM : – Tottenham beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-0 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this afternoon. Match Report.
- HARRY KANE : – Harry Kane’s goal today was his 250th career goal and his 185th in the Premier League, which puts him fourth in the all-time Premier League goal-scorer list and gives him the record for Premier League goals scored for a single club.
- UNDER-18s : – West Bromwich Albion beat Spurs Under-18s 2-1 with a last minute goal at Hotspur Way this afternoon with Rio Kyerematen scoring Tottenham’s goal.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – AC Milan are reportedly keen to sign Japhet Tanganga before the end of the transfer window.
Tottenham are reportedly interested in Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah, who may want to leave Stamford Bridge as he considers his future prospects.
- FAN BAN : – Chelsea have identified a season ticket holder who made a racial gesture at Heung-Min Son last Sunday at Stamford Bridge and they have been banned indefinitely by the club.
- TRANSFER OUT : – Midfielder Tanguy Ndombele has joined SSC Napoli on loan for the remainder of the 2022-2023 season for a fee of £850,000, with an option for the Serie A club to make the move permanent.
- DISCIPLINE : – Antonio Conte has received a £15,000 fine from the FA when he pleaded guilty to a charge of improper behaviour during and after Sunday’s match at Chelsea.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Valencia are pressing hard to sign winger Bryan Gil although it is not certain if this would be on a temporary basis or a permanent deal.
Real Madrid are reported to be interested in signing Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to replace the departing Casemiro.
- INJURY NEWS : – Central defender Cristian Romero picked up an adductor muscle injury towards the end of the game at Chelsea last Sunday and will miss up to 2-3 weeks of action.

- TRANSFER OUT : – Spurs Academy winger Sam Amo-Ameyaw has left the club to sign for South Coast Big Club.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Spurs are reported in the Daily Mail to beat Mancashter United and Chelsea to the signing of 17 year old 6’4″ Blackburn Rovers central defender Ashley Phillips whose contract expires next summer.
Some sources reckon that Tottenham may use Sergio Reguilon as part of the deal to bring £15 million transfer midfield target Ruslan Malinovskyi from Atalanta.
Some in Spain claims that Real Madrid might make a free transfer move for Harry Kane next summer.
- HEUNG-MIN SON : – Chelsea are investigating after one of their supporters made a racist gesture to Heung-Min Son while he was taking a corner in Sunday’s Spurs match at Stamford Bridge.
- TRANSFER IN/TRANSFER OUT : – Spurs have signed Destiny Udogie from Udinese for an initial £15 million, with another £3 million payable on meeting certain criteria. The 19 year old will return to Italy to play out the season on loan at Udinese having signed a five year deal with Tottenham.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – SSC Napoli are believed to be ready to take Tanguy Ndombele on loan for the 2022-2023 season for 1 million Euros, with an option to buy for 30 million Euros next summer after it was claimed that he turned down offers from Fulham and Everton.
Spurs are reported to be leading the chase for Atalanta’s 29 year old Ukranian midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Reports today link Tottenham with a late move for SS Lazio’s Serbian midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, with a bid of £38 million plus £13 million on add-ons said to be about to be made to try and beat Mancashter United to the signing.
A rumour is circulating that Mancashter United are ready to sell 21 year old midfielder James Garner, with Spurs quoted as one of five clubs interested in him, but as he wants to be playing more regularly, it is hard to see why he would be signed by Antonio Conte, who is well stocked in that area of the squad. Conflicting stories either reckon Spurs will not sign the 21 year old or that they have already made the first offer to the Gold Trafford club to buy Garner.
Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier is said to be a potential target for Tottenham.
Tottenham are reported to have agreed a loan deal for Tanguy Ndombele to move to SSC Napoli.
- DISCIPLINE : – Following yesterday’s after-match comments regarding his bitter criticism of the referee Anthony Taylor made by Tommy Tuchel, he will face an FA charge of improper behaviour, with Antonio Conte also being charged with the same defence.
- SCOUTING NEWS : – Tottenham have appointed Leonardo Gabbanini as the club’s new Head Scout, with the Italian formerly working for Watford and Udinese.

- TEAM NEWS : – For Sunday’s game at Stamford Bridge, Tottenham will be without Clement Lenglet, who has suffered an adductor muscle injury. Oliver Skipp is still out for a few weeks with his foot injury.
- UNDER-21s : – Spurs Under-21s lost 0-2 to Everton at Stevenage in the Premier League 2 tonight.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – SSC Napoli are said to be making progress in signing Tanguy Ndombele from Spurs and later in the day, it was reported that a loan deal with an option to buy next summer had been agreed for the French midfielder.
Giovani Lo Celso appears to be heading back to Villarreal on loan if reports are to be believed. It is claimed that there is no option to buy for the La Liga club at the end of the loan and Spurs are contractually allowed to terminate the loan in January if they receive an offer of a permanent transfer for the Argentine international.
Fresh rumours out of Turkey claim that Spurs have renewed their interest in signing Internazionale midfielder Hakan Calhangolu with Manchester United also looking at the 28 year old Turkish international.
- AWARDS : – Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane have been nominated for the FIFA Ballon D’Or trophy to recognise the best player in the world, while Hugo LLoris has been put forward for the Yashin Trophy for the best goalkeeper in the world.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Tottenham are reported to be considering a move for Dynamo Kyiv central defender Ilya Zabarnyi, with the 19 year old possibly being available depending on how Ukrainian football moves forward.
It is said that Fabio Paratici made an enquiry to Barcelona about signing Dutch striker Memphis Depay, but the player appears to favour a move to Juventus.
Spanish media report that Harry Winks has rejected a loan move to Sampdoria and is holding out for a temporary move to Valencia.
SSC Napoli and Villarreal are claimed to be the two strongest contenders to sign Tanguy Ndombele on loan today, but then Nottingham Forest are interested in the French midfielder and he has been offered to Newcash United, while Everton have been mentioned as a club who might want to buy him too, along with Aston Villa. That’s as well as a number of clubs on the continent.
Rumour has it that Tottenham are monitoring RC Strasbourg central defender Mohamed Simakan, but Paris Saint Germain are also interested in the 22 year old Frenchman.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – SSC Napoli are the latest club to express an interest in Tanguy Ndombele, but then Newcash United are reported to be the favourites to sign the French midfielder.
SS Lazio are said to be interested in signing Giovani Lo Celso.
AC Milan are said to have changed the focus of their transfer interest from Japhet Tanganga to Davinson Sanchez.
Differing reports today claim that Tottenham are “cautiously optimistic” about signing AS Roma midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo or that Jose Mourinho has blocked the move after the two clubs agreed a deal for the 23 year old. Some reports claim that Spurs are offering cash plus Tanguy Ndombele to Roma for Zaniolo.
Fiorentina are reported as having pulled out of any potential move for Giovani Lo Celso, although there director said that there had never been any contact with Tottenham about the Argentinian midfielder.
- TRANSFER RUMOUR : – Valencia are in talks to take Bryan Gil on loan for the 2022-2023 season.
- EX-SPURS : – Former Development Squad goalkeeper Thimothee Lo-Tutala has signed a three year deal with Hull City with the option of a fourth year after being release by Spurs in July.
- UNDER 21s : – Malachi Fagan-Walcott and Nile John scored for Tottenham Under-21s in a 2-2 draw at Leicester City’s training ground this evening in the opening Premier League 2 match of the season.
- CRICKET : – Harry Kane and Matt Doherty were at The Hundred game tonight between London Spirit and Manchester Originals and took part in a pre-match six-hitting competition. Kane then went on to perform the toss before the match with the two captains.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele are close to moves to Villarreal, both possibly being loans for the season with an option to buy next summer. However, elsewhere some stories claim that Lo Celso has agreed personal terms with the Spanish side, while other reckon his people are to meet with Fiorentina this week about a move to Serie A.
Also in Spain, Valencia are keen on taking Bryan Gil back on loan for the season to cover for the loss of winger Goncalo Guedes, who is joining Wolverhampton Wanderers.
- TRANSFER RUMOUR : – Giovani Lo Celso could be closing in on a move to Villarreal according to some rumours today, with Spurs ready to agree to a deal.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – It is reported that Spurs have reached full agreement on personal terms to sign Destiny Udogie on a five year contract from Udinese, with the deal set to be completed next week.
Having been told the conditions for signing AS Roma midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo Tottenham are said to be happy to bring the 23 year old Italian international to N17.
Spurs allegedly had scouts watching Mohammed Kudus, the Ajax midfielder, but he only came on for the three minutes of added time at the end of the Dutch club’s game.
Blackburn Rovers’ 17 year old defender, Ash Phillips, is said to still be a target for Tottenham this transfer window.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Rumours reckon that the Sporting Director of AS Roma is in London for talks with Tottenham about the sale of Nicolo Zaniolo, with some reports claiming that the price for the 23 year old midfielder would not be as high as the £50 million once quoted.
Some reports are claiming that Spurs will complete the signing of Destiny Udogie, the Udinese 19 year old left back, next week.
- EX-SPURS : – Brentford and ex-Tottenham Development Squad defender Paris Maghoma as joined AFC Wimbledon on loan.
- TRANSFER OUT : – Kion Etete has completed a permanent move to Cardiff City.
- TEAM NEWS : – Oliver Skipp is ruled out of the visit of South Coast Big Club to the THS on Saturday (kick off 15.00), with Yves Bissouma to be assessed tomorrow as to whether his hamstring problem has cleared enough to allow him to play. Richarlison is serving a one-match ban for an incident involving a flare while at his previous club. Ben Davies, Ivan Perisic and Matt Doherty may be lacking match fitness, so may not be starters in the game.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Wolverhampton Wanderers are hoping to agree a contract with released Spurs Development Squad goalkeeper Thimothee Lo-Tutala.
Rumours of a swap deal with Sergio Reguilon going to Barcelona and Memphis Depay coming to N17 are starting to gather momentum.
- EX-SPURS : – Former Spurs reserve full-back Nathan Byrne has left Derby County for an undisclosed fee to join Charlotte FC in America.
- INJURY NEWS : – Oliver Skipp is likely to miss the first 2-3 weeks of the season having suffered a fracture to his foot and Yves Bissouma might be unavailable for the first match on Saturday due to injury.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – It is reported that Sampdoria are interested in signing Harry Winks, but the player apparently wants to stay in the Premier League.
AC Milan are being linked with a move for Tanguy Ndombele, but they have cooled their interest in Japhet Tanganga who now is a defender Internazionale are looking at. Italian media claim that Spurs AC Milan want to sign Pape Matar Saar, who was only bought from FC Metz last summer and has been back on loan at the French club for the last season.
Spurs are said to be willing to accept £12.5 million for Giovani Lo Celso.
AS Roma are reported to want Oliver Skipp in exchange for any deal that involves Nicolo Zaniolo coming to N17.
Kion Etete is allegedly in talks with Cardiff City over a £500,000 transfer to the Championship club, with some articles claiming that Tottenham have included a buy-back clause in the deal, as they feel the striker has a lot of potential to be a future top player.
Sevilla are reported to have made a last offer to buy Sergio Reguilon, with the Spanish left back looking to have no part in Antonio Conte‘s plans for the new season. Tottenham are reported to have turned down an offer for the player from Brighton.
Spurs are pushing hard to sign 19 year old defender Destiny Udogie from Udinese.
News from the Italian media claims Japhet Tanganga might be used by Tottenham in a swap deal to secure the services of Leandro Paredes, the 28 year old Argentine international midfielder.
