- CONTRACT : – It is reported that Spurs have agreed a new six-year contract with Pape Matar Sarr that will ruin until 2030 and it is expected to be announced in the next few days.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Spurs are reported to have watched Nottingham Forest striker Morgan Gibbs-White in last night’s 2-1 win over Manchester United.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Manchester United and Tottenham are included in an unusual rumour that links them with a move for 30 year old striker Mauro Icardi, who is currently playing for Galatasaray in Turkey.
Both (or either of) Genoa’s Radu Dragusin and Jean-Clair Todibo of OGC Nice are strongly linked with Spurs and there are claims that there have been talks with both the clubs about possible transfers.
Spurs are reported to be back in for the signing of PSV Eindhoven winger Johan Bakayoko.
Advanced talks are supposed to have held with Chelsea over the singing of their £50 million midfielder Conor Gallagher. Some reports claim the fee would be closer to £35 million.
Reports claim that Tottenham’s move to sign OGC Nice defender Jean-Clair Todibo are about to collapse.
Spurs are looking to bring in former Glasgow Celtic striker Jota in on loan from Al-Ittihad.
Previous reports of a move for Union Saint-Gilloise defender Koki Machida re resurrected today.

- TEAM NEWS : – Ange Postecoglou said in his press conference today that he hopes Oliver Skipp will be OK for the match against AFC Bournemouth on Sunday at the THS. Alfie Whiteman, Ivan Perisic, Manor Solomon, Micky van de Ven, James Maddison, Ryan Sessegnon and Rodrigo Bentancur are all still side-lined, while Dejan Kulusevski will serve a one match ban for receiving five yellow cards. Yves Bissouma is out suspended until after the African Cup of Nations.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Stories today reckon Tottenham are keeping a close eye on Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Manu Kone. The 6′ 1″ French Under-21 international is also interesting Paris Saint Germain and Liverpool.
It is reported today that Hugo Lloris has come to a verbal agreement to leave Tottenham and join LA FC on a free transfer to play in the MLS.

- LOAN RETURN : – Striker Dane Scarlett has returned to Tottenham after his loan move to Ipswich Town did not provide enough playing time.
- TEAM NEWS : – Ange Postecoglou has revealed that Cristian Romero‘s hamstring injury has had a scan and he will be out for 4-5 weeks. While Destiny Udogie returns from a one match suspension, Tottenham will still be missing Alfie Whiteman, Ivan Perisic, Manor Solomon, Micky van de Ven, James Maddison, Ryan Sessegnon and Rodrigo Bentancur, who are all injured or recovering from surgery. Yves Bissouma is suspended for the second match of his four match ban.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Spurs will try to persuade Royal Antwerp to sell them 18 year old midfielder Arthur Vermeeren with a large portion of the £25 million transfer fee initally, but with a loan back for the remainder of the season off-setting the balance to be paid until a later date.
Arouna Sangarte, the 21 year old Senegalese central defender, who is the Le Havre captain, is interesting Tottenham.
Tottenham are worryingly reported to be looking at signing Liverpool central defender Joe Gomez, but later stories claimed that they are not willing to sell him.
Today it is reported that Spurs have told Eric Dier, Hugo Lloris and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to find new clubs in January, with some articles indicating that a loan move to Juventus for Hojbjerg may be agreed.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Tottenham are strangely linked with a move for striker Dominic Solanke of Bournemouth and a price tag of £40 million has been reported for the former Chelsea and Liverpool forward.
Fluminense central defender Nino, 26, is attracting interest from Liverpool, AS Roma and Tottenham, with the Brazilian having a release clause priced at 7 million Euros.
Spurs are being widely linked with a move for 18 year old Valencia central defender Yarek Gasiorowski, who has a release clause of £17.5 million according to the Daily Mail. The Spanish Under-19 international can also play at full-back.
Juventus striker Federico Chiesa looks set to leave in January with Woolwich, Newcash, Liverpool and Tottenham are all reported to be looking at the 26 year old with 80 million Euros quoted as the price the Turin club want for him.
Apparently, Spurs are looking at the possibility of signing Ivan Toney from Brentford in the January transfer window, even though other reports claim that his club will not let him leave next month and want £100m million when he does depart the GTech stadium.
Fenerbahce are the latest club to be linked with a move for Eric Dier.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Links with a move by Spurs for Bournemouth’s central defender Lloyd Kelly have sprung up again today.
Ajax want to sign Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg on loan, but Tottenham are only interesting in selling him, so the move to Holland is unlikely to happen.
With the Spanish press thinking Spurs need attacking midfield options in the summer, they are rumouring that the club have an interest in Athletic Bilbao’s Oihan Sancet, Villarreal’s 22-year old Alex Baena and Barcelona winger Ferran Torres.

- TRANSFER RUMOUR : – Ipswich Town manager and former Spurs Development team midfielder Kieran McKenna has said that Tottenham will recall striker Dane Scarlett who has been on loan at the Suffolk club.
- TEAM NEWS : – Ange Postecoglou has said that Ashley Phillips, Giovani Lo Celso and Brennan Johnson are all fit for tomorrow’s match against Everton at the THS. Spurs will be missing Yves Bissouma and Destiny Udogie through suspension, as well as injury absentees Ivan Perisic, Ryan Sessegnon, Micky van de Ven, Manor Solomon, James Maddison, Alfie Whiteman and Rodrigo Bentancur.

FC Copenhagen’s 18 year old Swedish winger Roony Bardghji has ignited interest from a number of clubs after his Champions League performances, but he had a trial when he was 13 with Spurs, playing against Ipswich in 2018 when he scored three and made two goals in a 6-1 win.
OGC Nice’s central defender Jean-Clair Todibo is said to be a part of the first team immediately should he sign for Tottenham, the Evening Standard claims today.
Talks with the agent of Genoa central defender Radu Dragustin are claimed to have ground to a halt after the interest in Jean-Clair Todibo has intensified.
An alternative centre-half option for Tottenham if their many interests don’t come to fruition could be Bayer Leverkusen’s 22 year old Ivory Coast international Odilon Kossounou.
Lots of stories today revolve around Tottenham’s pursuit of Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher. Some say that Chelsea will not deal with Spurs for fear of a fan backlash, while others claim that a deal had been proposed involving Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg making the move across London as part of the transfer.
Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy is said to be favouring a move to Tottenham rather than other Premier League clubs according to stories being run today.

Everton (Away) – Still set for 3rd February, but the kick off time will now be 12.30 (TNT Sports)
Chelsea (Away) – Will now be played on Friday 23rd February, with a 20.00 kick off (Sky Sports) … However, the match may yet be re-arranged again if Chelsea reach the League Cup final.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – With news from Holland that a move to Tottenham is the most likely route for Stanis Idumbo Muzambo, the French born Belgian Youth international winger who plays for Ajax Reserves. The speedy 18 year old has seven months left on his contract and reports reckon he will leave the Dutch club in January, with AS Monaco also interested in buying him and loaning him to Cercle Brugge, but his representatives have not been impressed with that offer and a four year contract offered by Tottenham may be his preferred option.
SSC Napoli’s Tottenham target for today is Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
The German press reckon that Daniel Levy has bid £38.5 million for OGC Nice’s French central defender Jean-Clair Todibo to put the club ahead of Mancashter United in the chase for the 23 year old.
Everton are set to ask for £100 million for central defender Jarrad Branthwaite, with Spurs and Mancashter United off trying to sign him.
Tottenham and Mancashter United are both said to be interested in signing Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher, but his club are unlikely to sell him to Spurs.
- EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE : – While the FIFA and UEFA bans on clubs forming a breakaway European Super League has been ruled illegal in the European Court of Justice, a new proposal for a modified competition had been rejected by Tottenham, Mancashter City, Mancashter United and Chelsea, but Woolwich Wanderers and Liverpool have made no statement about their involvement in any possible tournament. Spurs said that they are committed to FIFA and UEFA competitions in the future.
- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – A rumour today has put superagent Pini Zahavi and Barcelona’s president Joan Laporta’s meeting together to come up with a move by the Spanish club for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Goncalo Ignacio of Sporting Lisbon is a central defender priced at £52 million who is interesting Spurs and Woolwich Wanderers.
Argentine club River plate want to sign Alejo Veliz on loan, with the player keen to have more time on the pitch than he is getting at Tottenham.
Tottenham are reported in Italy to be interested in 24 year old Torino central defender Alessandro Buongiorno, who would cost over 30 million Euros.
Also in Italy, it is rumoured that SSC Napoli want to sign Eric Dier.

- TRANSFER RUMOURS : – Todays rumours tend to focus on Everton central defender Jarrad Brathwaite as a target for Tottenham.
Another central defender linked with a move to Spurs is Frenchman Leny Yoro of Lille. A number of English clubs are watching the 18 year old.
Yet another Juventus player is rumoured to be interesting Spurs, with a £68.5 million offer said to be in the pipeline for Dusan Vlahovic.

Spurs are being linked with three River Plate young players – striker Augustin Ruberto, winger Ian Subiare and midfieder Claudio Echeverri – from Argentina’s Under-17 World Cup campaign. Other clubs in England and Spain are also keen on the trio.
Tottenham are being tipped to sign Galatasaray central defender Victor Nelsson in January.
